INGREDIENTS
250g margerine
3/4cup caster sugar
½ cup corn flour
Plain flour
Dried cranberries / cherries
METHOD
Beat the butter and sugar until it becomes soft and fluffy. Add in the corn flour and beat again. Make a medium type dough with the plain flour. Pipe into stars using a large nozzle. Place a piece of fruit in the centre of each biscuit. Bake until slightly golden.
