INGREDIENTS
1 box phyllo cut into long strips like you would for samoosa.Keep the phyllo covered with a damp cloth,while you working with it to prevent it drying out.Melted butter
½ kilo chicken fillet cubed½ packet Shaans tikka masala or any tikka masala spice that you have.½ teaspoon red powder colour
METHOD
½ kilo chicken fillet cubed½ packet Shaans tikka masala or any tikka masala spice that you have.½ teaspoon red powder colourMarinade the chicken and set aside for 30 minutesHeat oil in a frying pan add the chicken cubes and fry without closing the pan, you can a little water to aid the cooking process.Remove and set aside to cool.Shred the chicken.Butter each strip of phyllo.Put a spoonfull of chicken and fold like a samoosa.Brush the top with more butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 8/10 minutes.Phyllo bakes really quickly.Serve immediately.
