1 full chicken cut into quarters ( make slits so marinade can go in each piece )
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1⁄2 teaspoon red chilli paste
2 1⁄2 teaspoon AMAANS porta marinade
1 teaspoon BBQ spice
1 teaspoon dhana powder
1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoon Crazy red guys - traditional Mozambican sauce
1 teaspoon steers garlic sauce
1 tablespoon mayo
2 tablespoon tomatoe sauce
Salt to taste ( because you are adding sauce and sauces has salt , add salt last otherwise it will get salty)
Half a freshly squeezed lemon
1 tablespoon AMAANS porta marinade
Fresh parsley for garnish
add all the spices and sauces in a baking tray mix well , add the chicken , cover and allow to marinade over night or atleast 3 hours
In an oven place the oven tray covered with foil and allow yo cook until done . Make sure turn chicken pieces around .
Just before serving if you feel the sauce is less and but ts out .
Take 1⁄4 glass water add the same sauces from marinade mix them in a bowl . Pour over the chicken and leave in the oven for 5 minutes ,garnish with parsley and serve immediately .
Or simply take the traditional Mozambican sauce mix with fresh cream and pour into dish and simmer .
Peel and cut potatoes into 2 or 3 , deep fry them for abit .
In a Pyrex add a good amount or butter or oil as well as the porta marinade and mix this . Now add the semi fried potatoes cover with marinade . Cover with foil and allow this yo cook in the oven turning the potatoes and chicken around .
