1 chicken disjointed and washed
Olive oil/ghee (Clarified butter)
Dhana jeeru (cumin)
2 eggs beaten
1 cup flour
Salt, pepper, bbq spice, chicken spice, Aromat (a South African Spice), mixed herbs, cayenne pepper, garlic flakes, 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Cook chicken in a pot until done. When cooled dip the chicken pieces into the egg then roll in flour mixture and fry in hot oil for a few minutes until crispy and golden.
