INGREDIENTS
500 g cubed filletsPlain yoghurtRed chilliCumin powderCoriander powderGarum masalaLemon juiceGinger garlic pasteTandoori spice of your choice ( I used Daddas)
(Marinate chicken in above spices)
Butter and a tablespoon of oil (to prevent burning)Finely chopped onion1 sachet tomato pasteSaltGinger and garlic pasteCumin powderChilli powderGarum masalaPaprikaTandoori spice
Fresh creamChopped dhania (coriander) (for garnishing)
METHOD
Grill the marinated chicken until cooked and then set aside.
Heat butter and oil,add the chopped onion and saute on medium until golden brown. Next add in the spices and cook for another minute,then add in the tomato paste and a little water.Cook until you have a thick sauce. Now,add in the grilled chicken,and stir well.Allow to simmer,for a minute,then add in fresh cream.
Garnish with dhania (coriander) and enjoy with Naan.
INFO & TIPS
You may also garnish with kasturi methi (I omitted as I dont like the flavor)
