1 tray pastry delights pie dough (50 pieces) Filling :3 cups cubed chicken fillet 1 small onion chopped 2 cloves garlic thinly slices 1 teaspoon crushed green chillies ½ teaspoon Pepper Salt to taste 1 punnet Mushroom sliced 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Sauce 1 ½ cups milk 2 tablespoon maziena
1 egg lightly beaten Dry parsleySesame seeds
Filling Saute onion in ghee (Clarified butter) until soft, add garlic braise for one minute. Then add mushrooms stir fry from about 2-3 minutes. Add the chicken, green chillies, pepper and salt cook until done and water has evaporated. Set aside.
Sauce In a saucepan bring milk and maziena to a boil until thick. Remove from heat and add to the cooked chicken. Mix well until incorporated
Lay pastry on the bench /working surface. Add spoonful of filling at one end of the pastry. Close over with the other end. Cut slits on the top of pastry, brush with egg and sprinkle with parsley and sesame seeds. Bake @180 deg for 30 minutes or until party has puffed fully.
