Cube chicken fillets and cook with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon jiro, ½ teaspoon Dana, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon green masala, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoon mayonnaise and ½ teaspoon crushed garlic. Cook with butter till done. Set aside.
Grate potatoes and fry. Season with salt and red chilli powder.
Make puris and fry.
When ready to serve put chicken on puri, then green chutney, grated fried potato and in a frying pan fry some rai and sesame seeds. Drizzle over grated fried potato and serve immediately.
