6 - 8 medium hake or sole fillets washed and patted dry
Marinate in:Salt to tasteDash of black pepperDash of white pepper half teaspoon lemon pepper green chillies to taste 1 and half teaspoon crushed garlic
Bake it uncovered just until done. Not too long otherwise it gets dry and crispy.Pour on the lemon butter sauce just before serving.Serve with chips and rice / creamed spinach.
Lemon butter sauce:+- 120g Rama Margarine 250ml fresh creamA good big squirt of lemon juiceA generous sprinkle of Aromat (a South African Spice)1 and half teaspoon maizena (corn flour)
Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and whisk well.Simmer on low heat till slightly thick
