INGREDIENTS
Marination250g boneless chicken cut into strips ½ teaspoon. Salt ½ teaspoon. Pepper Batter1 egg white½ teaspoon. Pepper ½ teaspoon. Salt 5 tablespoon. Corn flour 1 teaspoon. Soya sauce 1 - 2 drop red food coloring
Veggies6 clove garlic finely chopped 2 dried red Chill chopped into 2 ½ medium size onion, finely chopped ¼ red and green each capsicum, julienne
Sauce2 tablespoon. Chilli sauce 1 tablespoon. Tomato sauce 1 teaspoon. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon. Oysters sauce ⅛ teaspoon. Salt ½ teaspoon. Sugar
Oil for deep frying and cooking Spring onions and sesame seeds for garnish(optional)
METHOD
In a bowl add chicken, salt, and pepper mix will and set a side for 5 - 10 minutes.In a bowl add egg white,pepper, salt, corn flour, soya sauce,and food coloring and mix well.Let it set for 1 hrs or best over night.Deep fry them and let it drain the oil on a paper towle.
In a pan add around 3 tablespoon. Oil and sauté all the veggies and add the chicken and sauté for more 3 minutes. Turn the flame to lowadd all the ingredients for the sauce and mix will add it 1 tablespoon. Water and mix well and cover the pan and let it simmer for around 4 - 5 minutes. When sauce thickens remove from heat and serve with fried rice Enjoy
