For 1/2kg Boneless Chicken
Chicken Marination :- In a bowl add in your boneless chicken cubes , 1 tablespoon chilli powder , 1 tablespoon coriander powder , 1/2 teaspoon turmeri , 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder , 1 teaspoon Gg paste , salt , Mix everythng well. Immidiately take a non-stick pan , Add 2 tablespoon butter , & Add your chicken in the pan and cook on low flame with lid on...Until your chicken is cooked completely !!
Tikka Sauce :- In a pan , Add 2 tablespoon butter , 4 tablespoon birista (FriedOnions) ,3-4 fresh tomatoes chopped , 4-5 Green cardomons , 2 cinnimon sticks , 3 Green chillies , 8-10 cashew , fresh 1/2inch ginger pc , 3-4 fresh garlic cloves , 1 teaspoon chilli powder.... Cook all this ingriedients in butter fr abt 10 minutes on low flame with lid on !!
After 10 minutes - Grind this tikka ingridients into a fine paste , & get your tikka sauce Ready !!
In the same pan , Add in 1 tablespoon butter , and put the grinded sauce and stir well fr couple of minutes, If the sauce is too thick u can add milk ( but not water ). Check salt & spicyness... If needed add some... once u get the consistency u want , Add in 1 teaspoon tkmato ketchup followed by your cooked chicken pcs... then add 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek leaves , 2 teaspoon cream, & some fresh coriander leaves... Lastly give charcoal effect !!

INFO & TIPS
U can skip the charcoal effect if u dont like... u can even grill the chicken pcs if u dont wanto shallow fry in butter... !!
