4- 5 chicken fillets cut up small 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or butter Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic (Onion is optional) Braise well Add 1 punnet sliced mushrooms Add 1 teaspoon or more mayonnaise for slight tangy taste (optional) Few drops of lemon juice (optional) 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon white pepper +-1 ½ teaspoon green chillies paste or green chilli powder Add 1 teaspoon Dhana jeera (optional) I like leaving it whitish but u can add a bit of tumeric
- Braise chicken with spices when soft add mushrooms cook 5 minutes add when almost done add a packet of mushroom sauce follow the instructions on the packet or make a paste with 2 tablespoon mazina 1cup milk/water (like you do for white sauce) or boil cook to the consistency of mixture you prefer (not too saucy) add green dhania (coriander) Roll out puff pastry and fill pies or use Small foil cups cut 2 rounds to cover Egg brush sprinkle sesame or poppy Seeds Bake at 200 * for 10 minutes then reduce temperature to 180* for 15-20 minutes Enjoy😉
