12 Chicken necks cleaned fat removed and tips cut off even the veinWash in vinegar or lemon juiceRince and drainIn a pot put the necks with¼ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon ginger garlicLet it change colour and add water to cook +- 20- 30 minutes it till soft and only keep the necks aside (not the water)
In a seperate potAdd2-3 tablespoon oil heatAdd little mustard seeds and whole Jeeru (Cumin) seedsFew curry leaves And 1 teaspoon garlicBraiseAdd 1 tablespoon full if Aminas wet masala TossTake ¾ can of Tomato and Onion Add to above cook few minutesAdd all the necks. Cook till all well infusedGarnish with green chopped dhania (coriander) Enjoy with roti
