Sauce : ¼ cup steers ribs marinade ¼ cup steers BBQ sauce 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce 3 tablespoon Nandos wild herb sauce
place foil in a oven try add the oil and all the ingredients and mix well . Add the streak and using your hand mix sure they are All basted well. Now from 1 corner start rolling to make a swissroll , secure with toothpick . Repeat until all done . Add the chopped onions as well and allow to marinade for 3 hours or better over night .
Preheat oven to 180 degrees over the tray with foil and bake until almost tender . Mix all the sauces in a bowl and pour over the sauce with little water and allow this to simmer for about 10 minutes . Serve immediately .
