INGREDIENTS
For the log:Galaxy smooth milk slabs Terry’s chocolate orange minis Dairy milk chocolate orange buttonsChocolate nesquickSilicone mini loaf mould
For the hot chocolate:The log once it’s setHot boiling milkWhipped creamChocolate to decorate
METHOD
1.) Melt the ¾ of the chocolate orange buttons and galaxy, add it to the mould and spread the chocolate out with a spoon to make a shell. Place this in the fridge for the shell to set.2.) Remove from fridge, add 1 teaspoon nesquick, 1 mini Terry’s chocolate orange and 2 broken orange buttons to each shell. Cover with more melted galaxy to fully enclose the fillings in the log. Place in the fridge again for the logs to set. Remove from the fridge, then remove the logs from the mould, add a little melted chocolate in the middle of each log, top with a mini Terry’s chocolate orange and place in the fridge again for a few minutes to set completely.3.) When the logs have set, place one in a large latte glass, top with hot boiling milk and watch the chocolate melt into the milk, mix well, decorate with whipped cream and chocolate. Enjoy!
