INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour-1cup
Soft butter-100gms
Sugar-2 tablespoon Coco powder -2 tablespoon Baking powder -1 teaspoon Condense milk-200ml
Water -1cup
Vanilla essence -1 teaspoon
For Truffle Sauce:
Chocolate chips-1cup (160gms)
Cream-4 tablespoon Butter -1 teaspoon
METHOD
Take a big bowl,add flour,coco powder, sugar,baking soda,baking powder and mix it well.
Add condensed milk & butter..
Take one cup of water and add vanilla essence in a water.
Add water in a big bowl.
Take a microwaveable tray and grease it.
Put it in a microwave for 6 minutes (insert toothpick to check it's done or not)
For Truffle sauce:
In another bowl add chocolate chips and microwave it for 20 seconds.
Add butter and microwave it for 10 seconds..
Add cream and mix it well.
Spread the sauce on cake evenly. .
Sprinkle chocolate vermicelli to decorate it..
