Mince Filling:— 500 grm beef mince 1 large onion chopped 2 tomatoes chopped 1 red pepper chopped Chopped coriander,mint and parsley 2-3 cloves garlic Salt Pepper 2-3 green chilies Lemon juice 2-3 tablespoon cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients and keep aside for ½ -1 hour.
Cheese filling:— ½ cup mozzarella ¼ cup cheddar ¼ cup crumbled feta. 1-2 tablespoon olive oil Chopped mint Dried mixed herbs Lemon zest Pepper Mix all the above ingredients and keep aside. Roll out the dough in long oven shape. Brush egg wash over the edge. Add mince filling and bake on 180 until light brown. Now take out from oven and add cheese filling on mince. Bake in oven just melt cheese till light brown. When done, allow to cool slightly before cutting. Garnish with extra chopped parley and a drizzle of olive oil. ￼
