Nutella French Toast Roll Ups

INGREDIENTS

bread, nutella, eggs, milk see below

METHOD

Take 12 bread slicesCut crust and flatten them with a rolling pinSpread with Nutella Roll them up and keep aside
In a bowl mix 2 eggs, ½ cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, ½ teaspoon cinnamon
In another bowl, mix tablespoon sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Put on medium heat and place some butter in a non stick frying panRoll the bread in the egg mixture till covered and fry till golden brown.Dip in straight into the sugar mixture
Enjoy it hot!
