Bread Rolls

RECIPE

Machacho chicken filling for bread roll,pies & half Moons.

500 grm chicken
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoon mild machacho spices
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
2 medium tomatoes chopped
½ red pepper chopped
1 teaspoon garlic
½ teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon mix herbs
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoon mayo
2-3 tablespoon machachos hot sauce
1 tablespoon nando's garlic sauce

INFO & TIPS

Melt butter in a pan. Add everything in the pot except lemon juice, tomato sauce,mayo,machachos hot sauce & garlic sauce. Cook until chicken is completely done then add all sauces n chopped coriander. Cool n fill.
