My Different Style Marinade
RECIPE
FOR THE MARINADENO SALT1 tablespoon ginger garlic1 tablespoon Gorimas Cajun dry spice1 tablespoon Calistos portuguese braai (bbq) spice3 tablespoon Amina Lemon Pepper marinate1 teaspoon Green Chilli paste1 teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix+- 1 tablespoon crushed black pepper1 tablespoon Lemon Pepper spiceRosemary / Thyme2 tablespoon Mayonnaise1 tablespoon Peri Peri Mayo2 tablespoon Wellingtons Jalepeno sauce1 teaspoon Lemon juice2 tablespoon oilMake Stab cuts in the roast And rub the marinade overCover with foil and marinade for couple hours or freeze METHOD TO PREPAREIn a pot on Stove add the Marinated Leg let it sear to seal the marinadeturn it few minutes add 1 cup waterClose and cover with lid to steam cook for +- 1 hourThen put in oven cover with FoilBake at 180* for +- 2 hoursAdd sauces to the gravy to pour over When servingSERVING SUGGESTIONPotato Bake, salads, Creamy Veg. Garlic Butter Rolls etc
