INGREDIENTS
250g butter¾ icing sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla essencebeat till pale & creamy½ cup oilbeat again for a few minutesMix by hand¾ cup corn flour1 ½ tablespoon coffee mixed with 1 tablespoon hot water Roughly about 2 cups flour ( you might need more or less)
METHOD
Form a soft dough -Roll out dough on a floured surface -Cut into mini rounds with a doughnut cutter -Bake on 170oc till golden from the bottom-Transfer onto a cooling rack
-Dip half the biscuit in melted milk chocolate -Sprinkle chopped almonds on top-Dust glitter on top-Drizzle the other half of the biscuit with white chocolate
