INGREDIENTS
For the cake:
1 cup flour
4 eggs seperated
3 tablespoon coffee
2 tablespoon cocoa
½ cup oil
½ cup water
Vanilla essence
2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup castor sugar
For the topping :
1 tin condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon nido
1 cup fresh cream
2/3 tablespoon coffee
METHOD
Seperate eggs
Then beat egg whites after u beat it till stiff then add vanilla essence and add half baking powder to this..
Then in the egg yolks Add sugar and beat till white
Then add coffee mixture, baking powder, flour,..
Then put evrything into the egg whites and beat little mre..
THE COFFEE MIXTURE ::
Boil water ,add oil, cocoa and coffee( mix well)
Bake at 180 degrees fr 20-35 minutes
THE TOPPING::
BEAT FRESH CREAM and ADD THE REST INGREDIENTS..I LEAV TOPPING IN THE FRIDGE little WHILE CAKE IS BAKING WEN CAKE IS COOLED THEN POUR THE TOPPING..
