INGREDIENTS
4 eggs¾ cup sugar¼ cup oil1 cup + 2 tablespoons flour2 teaspoon baking powderPinch salt2 tablespoons coffee dissolved in ½ cup boiling water
Coffee Icing120g butter1 ½ cups icing sugar, sifted4-6 teaspoon coffee dissolved in little boiling water
METHOD
☕️ Beat eggs and sugar until thick and lightened.
☕️ Beat in oil.
☕️ Sift in dry ingredients and mix in on low.
☕️ Mix in coffee mixture.
☕️ Bake for 15 minutes, or until done, on 180C.
COFFEE ICING:
☕️ Beat butter. Add icing sugar and beat well. Add coffee and beat until light and fluffy.Spread icing over cake.
☕️ Make a chocolate topping with 150g melted chocolate and hot milk. Leave to cool slightly and thicken a bit and drizzle over cake.
