Moist Chocolate Cake

250 grams soft butter
1 1⁄2 cups sugar
Beat the above till light and fluffy
Then add 4 eggs one at a time and 2 teaspoon vanilla essence and beat well
2 ¾ cups flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup sifted cocoa powder
Lastly add
1 ¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon coffee dissolved in alittle hot water (optional)
Add and mix together till well combined and a smooth batter is formed
bake cake on 180ºC for 35-40
minutes till skewer.comes out clean
For cupcakes 10-15mins
One cake is baked make a chocolate sauce with ½ cup fresh cream/nestle cream with 1slab cadbury chocolate make a few pokes in the cake with a knife and pour sauce over
Once cake is cooled down make a Normal choc ganache and pour over
Decorate as desired
