The perfect winter cupcake!!
INGREDIENTS
The perfect winter spices Grab a bowl Your trusted good ol' stand mixer A spetulaAnd let's get baking
Cream 2 eggs and ½ cup of sugar until
Add in, ¼ cup Milk, ¼ cup Oil & ¹ teaspoon of Vanilla essence
Beat until well combined
Right now for our dry ingredients
(Right about now I like switching on the oven, so we have a nice medium temperature pre heat — 180c)
In a separate bowl:
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg powder ¼ teaspoon Ground cloves
And ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
And lastly ¾ cup of flour
Whisk the dry ingredients until well combined
Lastly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, gently folding inMake sure to mix in properly to fully combine using a spetula
Spoon into cupcake cases or a cake pan (your choice fam)
You're gonna bake em for Abouy 15-20 minutes or until the skewer comes clean.
Once the cupcakes are done and cooling, we're gonna work on that AMAZING topping
• 80 grams butter• one cup icing sugar (you can adjust the sweetness)
Beat the above until a smooth texture formsAdd in 3-4 tablespoon cream cheese and beat
METHOD
Decorate as you wish, lovely swirl of icing or even just a spoonful
Dust lightly with cinnoman If you want, add some nuts crushed on top
