INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoon coffee granules2 tablespoon sugar2 tablespoon boiling water Pinch of cinnamon

METHOD

Put all ingredients together and whisk until very pale and thick.
Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour cold milk of your choice and top it with the whipped coffee. Stir with a straw or spoon.
