1 heapspoon Coffee 2 teaspoon Brown Sugar,add more or less (optional1 Cup Cold Milk50ml waterIce cubes1 teaspoon Date spread or 2 dates soaked in water(make a paste,

METHOD
In a glass add your coffee & sugar blend everything well ,with your water & the mixture must be nice & frothy.I used a hand blender.This will bouble in volume..Add your date spread and blend just for 2 minutes max.Into a large glass add the milk & add in the ice cubes to it.Pour the coffee & date mixture to your milk & yummy on its own or served with muffins or scones & strawberries & delicious with my choc chip cookies recipe shared🌹🌹🌹Lovely for Ramadan ✅🇵🇸

200 g dates(without the pits…
¼ cup oil
60 g tahini paste
30 g Cocoa powder
Salt(pinch)..
80g fresh cream,lastly
METHOD
Mix everything together,in your food processor.
Add the cream in lastly blend it well lovely on savouries,scones or spread on toast or desserts & great in smoothies too🌹
INFO & TIPS
Add in 1/4 tsp vanilla essence,optional
or honey😀
