INGREDIENTS

Simple syrup1 cup water1 cup Sugar3 tablespoon instant coffee
½ cup boiling water¾ cup oil1 teaspoon vanilla essence4 eggs1 cup Sugar 3 teaspoon baking powder1 and half cup flour4 teaspoon instant coffee

METHOD

Mix together water coffee and vanilla essence
Beat together oil sugar and add the eggs gradually-add the coffee mixture and all the dry ingredients alternately Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
Pour the simple syrup over the cake while still warm.

INFO & TIPS

Serve with ice cream to make it even better.
