250g margarine1 cup icing sugar¾ cup maizena (corn flour)Beat well Add 1 egg1 teaspoon vanilla essence2-3 cups flour4 large Tex bars
METHOD
Cream margarine, icing sugar and maizena (corn flour) add in egg and beat nicely add vanilla essence and gradually add flour until u hv a nice soft doughRoll dough around tex enclosing well. Wrap in wax wrap. Chill for 30 minutes.Slice( you can use an electric knife if u have) and bake for about 15 minutes. Cool dust icing sugar and serve
