125g butter ½ cup castor sugar 125ml oil 1 ¼ cup coconut ¼ cup cashews ¼ cup Pecan Nuts 1 ½ - 2 cups flour
Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add oil beat again. Then add coconut and nuts mix in. Make a soft dough adding flour little at a time. Divide dough in half. Roll each into a log. Refrigerate for 30 minutes cut slices and place on baking sheet. Bake on 180 deg for ± 15 minutes.
