INGREDIENTS
250 grams butter (room temperature)Half cup oil1 cup icing sugar 1 cup maziena2 tablespoon klim powder (optional)Half t Elachi (cardomom) powder Drop of rose essence Flour to form a soft dough (add a little at a time to form a soft dough)
METHOD
Beat the butter and sugar wellAdd the maziena ,essence , oil and beatForm a soft dough with flourRoll out (not too thin)and cut with biscuit cuttersBake at 160 till crisp but not hard(keep an eye on them. As they brown easily)
Once cooled top with 1 slab milky bar chocolate Drop of rose essence Drop of Elachi (cardomom) essence Decorate with coloured almonds..Enjoy
