250g butter 1 cup castor sugar ½ cup oil 2 eggs ¾ cup custard powder Approx 4 cups self raising flour
Cream butter and sugar until creamy. Add oil beat until combined. Beat eggs well, one at a time . Add the custard powder, mix well. Sift flour adding one cup at a time to form a soft but firm dough. Nozzle, bake @ 180 °C for 10 - 15 minutes. Cool & decorate.
