INGREDIENTS
250g butter (stork bake)½ cup Caster sugar¼ cup oil¼ cup semolina Flour as required to make a soft dough
METHOD
Cream together butter and sugar until paleAdd in the oil and semolina and beat again till combinedAdd flour to form a soft dough
Roll into even size balls, press down with a forkBake at 160 until light golden
INFO & TIPS
Once baked allow to cool slightly then roll in sugar
