250g butter1 cup icing sugar¾ cup maziena½ cup oil 2 ½ - 3cups self raising flour
1.) Beat butter and sugar until smooth,add maziena and mix well.2.) then add the oil and mix again.3.) Add flour 1 cup @ a time until you have a soft rollable dough (dough shouldn't be too dry).Preheat oven to 180degrees4.)roll and cut into ♥️ shapes - Bake for +- 7-9mins till the bottom of the biscuit is light brown.*biscuits will harden once they get cold so don't over bake them...you want a melt in the mouth slightly cakey texture*5.)once biscuits have cooled down dip them in melted chocolate and 100 & 1000's.
