RECIPE
250g butter
1 cup castor sugar
1 egg
½ cup cornflour
½ cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
¼ cup custard powder
flour to make soft dough
Cream butter & sugar
Add egg & beat well.
Mix the rest of ingredients besides flour . Add flour gradually to make a soft dough.
Pipe out in fingers or desired shapes & bake on 160 until light brown.
Allow to cool . Dip ends in chocolate
Dust with icing sugar
