INGREDIENTS
125g butter2&¼ cups flour3 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon cumin seeds¼ cup sugar½ cup fresh cream/milk

METHOD
Mix together dry ingredients. Add butter and rub until mixture resembles breadcrumbsAdd enough milk/fresh cream to form a doughRoll out, shape, brush tops with milk and sprinkle sesame seed
Bake at 170 for 15 minutes then turn down the oven temp to 100 and allow to bake for an additional 60mins until crisp
