Kit Kat Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

250g butter¾ cup castor sugarBeat till creamy then add:2 tablespoon cocoa2 cups coconut1 teaspoon baking powderPinch of bicarb 2 ½ cups flour

METHOD

Mix well till soft dough..roll on a floured surface...cut into squares/rectangles..bake at 190* till done..remove from oven,spread with melted diary milk chocolate.decorate with kit kat
