Inspired by my mum, edited recipe of my naani.
INGREDIENTS
1.2 L milk1 big tin nestle cream 1 big tin condense milk6 level teaspoon custard powder1 heap teaspoon ghas + ¼ level teaspoonRose syrup to make light pink colour
METHOD
Mix everything together in milk, whisk well & allow to boil on medium heat. Continue whisking occasionally to avoid scorching. Once boiling, remove from heat. Set in bowls. Serve with crumbled flake.
INFO & TIPS
This is a light, tasty dessert. Our family favourite as a post taraweeh treat in Ramadhan.
