Place dry ingredients in a bowl..mix egg,melted butter water and milk,and mix into dough...knead the dough well for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic...place on a lightly floured surface,cover with greased plastic and leave to rise for 15 minutes..knock down and roll on a floured surface..cut with round cutter..allow to rise..deep fry in hot oil..when cool dip in sugar and cinnamon and fill with custard fillingFILLING4 cups milk4 tablespoon butterBoil above..Beat together:2 eggs6 dessert spoons maizena (corn flour) (corn flour)2 teaspoon vanilla1 cup sugarMix wellBring to a boil...inject/fill into doughnuts
