2 cups Milk3 tablespoon broken Vermicelli2 tablespoon Sugar2 tablespoon badam (almond) Milk powder (or crush Elachi (cardomom) saffron with almonds and 1Tblsp klim )Little Dessicated Coconut1 lid Vanilla1 Heaped tablespoon Custard PowderAnd mixed with little Rose water or milk to make a paste Dash if Cinnamon powderDash of Nutmeg powderBring to boil Keep on stirring till a thin custardy texture is achieved ( it will be almost like a thick soup) Add a drop of Egg yellow Good colouringMix wellPour into a Deep Bowl to setGarnish with Chopped pista (pistachio nuts) and Flaked Almonds or Chopped PecansEnjoy Hot or Cold
