INGREDIENTS
½ cup milk (or almond milk) ½ cup cold strong coffee2 pitted dates (soaked in a water for 15 minutes )1 small frozen banana1 scoop of chocolate frozen yughurt( I use one of the WOolworths small frozen chocolate yoghurt) If you do not have frozen chocolate yoghurt substitute with a scoop of chocolate ice cream 3 tspns milo powder ( not mixed MILO drink)1 cup crushed ice
METHOD
Blitz all the ingredients together Pour into mason jars or glasses Put crushed ice into smoothie stir and serveDecorate wth grated chocolate
