Red pepper chicken
1 ½ kg chicken fillet strips or chicken pieces
*Salt *1 tablespoon Sujees peri peri masala *2 tablespoon red ginger garlic masala *2 cloves garlic *1 chopped red pepper *½ tin tomato puree *2 teaspoon chilli powder *½ cup mayo *Lemon juice
Liquidise * ingredients. Cook in butter. Serve with rotis and veggies
