Heat ghee (Clarified butter) in a pot add onions and jeera saute until golden. Add grated tomatoes,spices & sauces. Cook on medium heat until oil comes to surface. Add boiled pasta mix well & cook on low heat. Serve with steak,roast chicken or any fish. Pasta rice also devine on its own
Nb. Cubed chicken,steak or sausages can be added to tomatoes chutney when cooking. Your fav veggies like frozen corn, mixed veg , robot peppers , mushrooms or julienne carrots can also be added.
