1 chicken 2 teaspoon garlic fresh2 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala½ teaspoon chillie powder1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) (cumin) Lemon juice 1 tablespoon orange pepper spice salt or to taste2 tablespoon oil
Sauce 3 tablespoon tomato purée2 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon orange spice1 tablespoon mayonaise
Marinate chicken in the above spices and cook until almost done
Method for SauceMix on stove together until butter melts. Pour over chicken and grill for +-5-10 minutes. Garnish with fresh dhana.
