INGREDIENTS
Chicken (about 500g) salt, lemon juice , 2 teaspoon ginger garlic. maizena (corn flour)
Sauce: ½ cup oil (I used ¼ cup) 1 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon hot chilli 1 teaspoon paprika
¼ cup vinegar½ cup ketchup4 teaspoon home made Ramadan chutney or any chilli sauce 42 teaspoon honeysalt2 teaspoon soya saucesprinkle of sugar2 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce.
METHOD
marinate chicken stripsCoat in dry maizena (corn flour) and fry till crispy...
Sauce:
1. heat oil , braise garlic and add hot chilli and paprika - let it sizzle slightly
2. add the sauces
3 Have a taste if its too sweet add a bit of vinegar shud be sweet and sour. 4. Let it bubble and thicken. 5. Add fried chicken.
