2 small onions - processSauté in 4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Then add the chicken with the following spices :1 kg Chicken fillet - cubed2 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon turmeric ¼ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon crushed jeera 2 teaspoon ground green Chillies 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1&½ teaspoon Portuguese Chicken Spice Cook and when almost done add 1 potato cubed small - you may need to add a little water)When potato is done & mixture dry add 3 teaspoon Maizina mixed with ¼ cup water Cook till dryCool add fresh dhania (coriander) Fill pastry or use as you please
