RECIPE
BagelsBismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem
Add the following to mixer:2 cups warm water4 tablespoons sugar 2 Tablespoons yeast (1 purple packet)5 cups snowflake cake flour¼ teaspoon salt2 Tablespoons klim- secret ingredient that makes them so soft½ cup oil1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
Beat all ingredients using dough hook. Leave to rise. About 45 minutes.
Roll thickCut with doughnut cutterEgg wash Bake till golden
Allow to cool
Slice in the middle and put your fillingOptional: add cheese
Freezer suitable To warm allow to thaw and warm in overly or microwave

1 kg chicken fillet cut in cubes2 tablespoons oil1 medium onion finely chopped1 teaspoon Sujees ginger garlic1 teaspoon Sujees peri peri masala1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon coriander powder (Dana)¾ teaspoon cumin powder (jiro)¼ teaspoon tumeric2 tablespoons tomato paste 2 medium tomatoes liquidised with ½ tin whole peeled tomatoes Salt to taste
Cook chicken till done adding water as needed.
Use as needed.
You can add tomato sauce I just used as is
