1 kg cut up Chicken pieces2 tablespoon Coconut oil2 tablespoon oil1 Full teaspoon green chili paste2 tablespoon portuguese chicken spice1 teaspoon Chilli powder or Crushed red chilli1 teaspoon Paprika1 Full teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon black pepper or lemon pepper Big Pinch cayenne pepper1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon garlic½ teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix2 tablespoon Italian salad dressingOr Greek yoghurt Or cream Marinate all 1 hour or morePlace in pot and Cook till done add water if necessaryThenTransfer to casserole to the oven I put burning charcoal in foil in centre And covered the casserole with foil for it to get that smokey effect for like 5 minutes or more depending how smokey braai (bbq) /grill Smell you want (REMOVE THE CHARCOAL) Place it under grill turn the chicken Then added fried potato rings and lemon slices before servingSprinkle of chopped green dhania (coriander)And removed that charcoal.
With portuguese rolls Enjoy Place under grill
