1 Kg Chicken pieces or 8 Drumsticks
AND 2 Large potatoes cut in fat chips and steamed salt water in micro and drain Keep aside
In a Pot on the Stove Add 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) / or Butter And 4 tablespoon oilAdd 1 Medium Grated Onion Add 1piece tuj (cinnamon stick) and 2 Elachi (cardomom) pod or Big pinch of Elachi (cardomom) powderOptional is clove and whole Black pepperAdd the Chicken let it turn colour Add spices1 teaspoon Ginger GarlicLet it braise till it's well coated with the dry spicesAdd 1 full teaspoon Tumeric Add +-1 tablespoon lemon juice ⅓ Cup Maas or yoghurt1Tblsp Magic Masala Salt to tasteAnd 1Tblsp Crushed Red dry Chilli flakes2 teaspoon Kashmiri Masala 1Tblsp Dhana jeera mixFew saffron strands Let it all braise well cook on low Add 2 Grated tomato 2Tblsp Tomato pureeCook well on low heat When almost done add the potatoes garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander)
