2 tablespoon butter1 onion finely chopped1-2chicken fillet-small cubes1 teaspoon garlic paste1 tablespoon crushed dry red chillies¼ teaspoon black pepperSprinkle of white pepper¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon salt + more salt at the end1 can koo creamstyle corn1 packet knorr thick vegetable soup2 cups milk (small tea cups)2 cups water ( small tea cups)1 fresh creamGround green chili to taste
Marinade chicken in garlic, salt, pepper and crushed chillies and set aside.
Braise onion in butter till soft. Add the marinaded chicken and cook till white. Add the sweetcorn and cook till it bubbles. Mix the soup in a bowl with water add to the rest of ingredients. Add milk and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add fresh cream. Bring it to a boil before serving. Add more salt if needed and the green chillies.
