INGREDIENTS
6 to 7 boiled potatoes
Cut 4 to 5 chicken fillets into small pieces.
Boil 1 packet pasta
½ chopped onion
little ginger
Garlic
Green chillies
Garlic and herb spice
Lemon and herb spice
Lemon pepper
Aromat (a South African Spice)
Salt to taste
1 grated tomato
250ml fresh cream
METHOD
1.boil one packet pasta.
2.boil potatoes and mash it with salt and pepper.
3.cook chicken as follows:
Braise onion with little Jeeru (Cumin) and little oil until lightly brown.
Add ginger ,garlic and crushed green chillies.
Throw in the cut chicken pieces and mix.
Add lemon and herb spice,garlic and herb spice,lemon pepper,Aromat (a South African Spice) and salt to taste.allow chicken to cook till water burns out.
Add in your grated tomato and let it cook till it's done.
When chicken is done add tomato sauce .
Make white sauce in a pot:
Take 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) and 3 tablespoon flour mix continuously for 10 minutes til brown.
Add 2 glasses of milk and stir continuously till little thick (don't stop stirring from the starting otherwise it will form lumps)
Layer your pasta in a Pyrex dish as follows:
1. Pasta
2. Half of white sauce
3.chicken
4.some blobs of white sauce
Mashed potato.
5.fresh cream
6. Sprinkle some grated cheese.
Bake in the oven till cheese melts.
